Housing Arrangements
Students of Gillespie Academy are expected to strive to maintain high standards of integrity and be exemplary in their conduct in all areas of life, including academic work, personal conduct, personal, church and community relationships.
“Let no one despise you for your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.” I Timothy 4:12 (ESV).
During the academic year, students are required to be active participants in their local church (including attending services at services, prayer meeting, etc.). While we do not require all students to attend Grace Presbyterian Church, we do expect them to attend a local church.
Students should be prepared to match your class time with study/preparation time outside of class (i.e. for each 3 credit course, you will spend 3 hours per week in class and you should expect to spend a minimum of 3 hours per week doing work for that class outside of class time).
